Dave the SEO Referral Program – Sign Up

If you have clients who you believe would benefit from working with Dave the SEO & Co. you can now sign-up for our referral program and start earning.

Upon sign up we will review your application and send you a unique identifier to add to any links (as a UTM_campaign parameter), we will then use these to track and introduction calls setup and then track you as the referrer for any clients that sign up from an introduction call.

You can also introduce clients to us via e-mail and we will thereafter consider them as having been referred by you.

Any links sent to a page on davetheseo.com or calendly.com/davetheseo.com/30min will be tracked, including where a user visits davetheseo.com and then clicks on a link to book a call via Calendly (users must have cookies enabled).

We have 3 reward options you can choose from:

  1. £100 per lead that results in a call. Bring us a lead who sets up a call and we will pay you a flat £100 even if they don’t move forward.
  2. 10% of all future revenue, we will pay you 10% of what any referral who becomes a client of ours pays us in future, with no time limits.
  3. £50 per lead that results in a call and 5% of all future revenue: a hybrid of the above,

Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Our referral program allows approved partners to refer potential clients to Dave the SEO Ltd and receive a reward based on one of the three compensation options below. Participation in the program implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


2. Reward Options

Referrers may select one of the following reward options per referred lead at the time of referral:

Option 1 – Fixed Lead Fee:
£100 for each referred lead who books and attends an initial consultation call, regardless of outcome.

Option 2 – Ongoing Commission:
10% of all net revenue we receive from the referred client, with no time limit. Payments are made quarterly, based on paid invoices before VAT.

Option 3 – Hybrid Model:
£50 for each referred lead who books and attends an initial consultation call, plus 5% of all net revenue from that client going forward.

Only one option can be applied per referred lead, and the option cannot be changed after submission.


3. Eligibility

To be eligible for rewards:

  • The referral must be made before the lead contacts us directly or is already in our sales process.
  • The lead must book their call through a tracked UTM campaign or custom referral link provided by us, or be introduced via email with a clear referral statement.
  • The lead must be a genuine business or organisation potentially interested in our services.

4. Attribution and Disputes

  • Only one referrer will be credited per lead or client. We will attribute referrals based on the first verifiable point of contact (e.g. earliest UTM parameter, earliest direct intro).
  • If more than one party claims a referral, we will make the final determination based on available evidence (e.g. timestamps, email introductions, booking data).
  • In the case of disputes, our decision is final.

5. Payment Terms

  • Lead fees (Option 1 or 3) are paid within 30 days of the attended consultation call.
  • Ongoing commissions (Option 2 or 3) are calculated on net revenue (after refunds, discounts, and taxes) and paid quarterly.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or delay payment where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.
  • All payments are made in GBP or for ongoing commissions the currency in which the client pays

6. Exclusions

We will not pay referral rewards for:

  • Leads who were already in contact with us or in our CRM before the referral.
  • Fake, spam, or self-referrals.
  • Leads who fail to attend their booked consultation call.
  • Where we decide not to work with a client, (for example because of fit, or capacity), no ongoing commission or other compensation in place of this will be due to the referrer.
  • We reserve the right to limit the maximum referred clients per referrer via reward option 1 or 3 per month to ten, to ensure we don’t have more calls than we can handle due to capacity.
  • Where a Intro Call takes place with multiple individuals on 1 call or 1 or more individual representing multiple companies or entities only 1 referral fee will be paid, i.e. the maximum reward per intro call is £100 for reward option 1 and £50 for reward option 3.

7. Changes and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. We will honour existing agreements for leads referred prior to any change.
  • Referrers may terminate participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Legal and Tax

  • Referrers are responsible for declaring their own income and any tax obligations.
  • This agreement does not constitute an employment or agency relationship.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
