Terms and Conditions for Training Course Tickets –
Please read in detail and if you have queries get in contact, before accepting the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of training course tickets from Dave the SEO Ltd, a UK-registered company. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket Types
Tickets available for purchase include Standard, Premium, and Early Bird tickets. All ticket types except Early Bird tickets include a money-back guarantee if the attendee is not satisfied with the course.
3. Cancellation by the Organizer
Dave the SEO Ltd reserves the right to cancel a training session if the number of registered attendees is fewer than four. We will endeavour to make any cancellations for this reason as early as is practicable, but at least 14 days before. In such cases, all attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price. The company will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation.
4. Rescheduling
Dave the SEO Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control (Force Majeure). In the event of a reschedule, attendees will be offered the option to attend on the new date or receive a full refund of the ticket price. The company will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees.
5. Payment Methods and Refunds
Payments can be made via credit or debit card through our site or by invoice and bank transfer. Refunds will be made to the original payment method wherever possible. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, an alternative method will be discussed with the attendee.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
Our money back guarantee is available because we are confident that the course will meet your needs and be beneficial for you. Therefore to be eligible for our money back guarantee you must attend all sessions of the course. Non-attendees or those arriving after the end of the first morning session, or leaving before the final afternoon session starts will not be eligible for any refunds. To receive a refund, subject to the above, all you need to do is fill out a feedback form, within 30 days of the training being completed, stating you were not happy with the quality and content of the course and why and send it to [email protected] we will process a refund to you within 14 days. All ticket types, except Early Bird, include a money-back guarantee if the attendee is not satisfied with the course. To claim a refund, attendees must notify Dave the SEO Ltd in writing within 14 days of completing the course, providing feedback on why the course did not meet expectations. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
7. Early Bird Tickets
Early Bird tickets are sold at a discounted rate and do not include the money-back guarantee. These tickets are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled or rescheduled by Dave the SEO Ltd.
8. Data Protection
Dave the SEO Ltd is committed to protecting attendees’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the course. The company is not responsible for any personal information shared between attendees or any misuse of such information by other attendees.
9. Age Restrictions
The minimum age requirement for attendees is 18 years. Attendees under 21 years old, or those unable to prove their age at events in the USA, will not be permitted to attend any drinks reception included in the event. Similarly, attendees under 19 years old, or those unable to prove their age at events in Canada, will not be allowed to attend any drinks reception included.
10. Accessibility
Dave the SEO Ltd endeavours to book accessible venues and provide course materials that accommodate special needs, but this cannot be guaranteed. Attendees are encouraged to communicate their accessibility needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs and will contact attendees if we anticipate any challenges in meeting these requirements. If we are unable to provide necessary accommodations, a full refund will be offered.
11. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including recordings, are intended solely for the personal use of attendees. Materials designated as templates during the course can be used by attendees for serving their clients but cannot be distributed, either for profit or for free, outside of their current organization.
12. Force Majeure
Dave the SEO Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or other Force Majeure events.
13. Attendee Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the training. Dave the SEO Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee behaving inappropriately without a refund.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dave the SEO Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to review them regularly.
15. Free Coaching Call (Standard Ticket)
A free coaching call is included with the purchase of a Standard ticket. This call must be scheduled by the attendee within 60 days of completing the training. If the attendee fails to organize the coaching call within this timeframe, the opportunity will be forfeited, and no reimbursement or alternative compensation will be provided. If the attendee schedules but does not attend the call, no further calls or reimbursement will be due.
16. 6 Month Coaching Program (Premium Ticket)
The Premium ticket includes 6 months of coaching with a total of 12 coaching calls. Attendees are encouraged to schedule these calls at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability. Calls scheduled less than 30 days in advance are subject to availability. Some times and days may be unavailable due to leave or other commitments. Dave the SEO Ltd reserves the right to cancel and reschedule coaching calls due to illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to reschedule cancelled calls within a reasonable timeframe, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
If the attendee fails to organize the coaching calls within 6 months of the training day, the opportunity will be forfeited, and no reimbursement or alternative compensation will be provided.
Coaching programs are per individual, not on a company level, and are not transferable. The normal price of a 6-month coaching program is £500 per individual at the time of writing.
17. Pricing and Offers
Dave the SEO Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Attendees who purchase courses at a higher price will not be entitled to a refund or adjustment if prices are subsequently lowered or promotional offers are made. All purchases are final at the price paid at the time of booking.
18. International Attendees and Visa Support
International attendees may require a visa to enter the UK, Canada, united States of America or other countries where training tis taking place to attend the training course. Dave the SEO Ltd can provide a support letter to assist with the visa application process, upon request. However, this letter does not constitute sponsorship, and the attendee is solely responsible for securing their visa and complying with the country’s entry requirements. No refund will be issued if an attendee is unable to attend the course due to visa or immigration issues.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
